Cirro Energy and advertising agency Innocean have released this hilarious video spot recently.

The commercial promotes low prices of energy and great service at Cirro. In fact, this man is so happy about the low prices that it has affected his family in a strange way. Now his wife, daughter, a dog and even a parrot are talking in really low voices! That is unexpected, bizarre and yet sounds hysterical!
